horrible all the sudden. Never had an issue with raise just in last two weeks purchased cards that have $0 on them. customer service has yet to get back to me in regards to refunding my money. This issue never was before and now they charge a fee to secure the card is valid. makes no sense. long time customer no more! 48 hours to reply is not true I reported issue on 9/10 today is 9/15

This app was better in the past than it is now. Issues with cards not redeeming + customer service never responding or fixing the issue. Proceed cautiously.
