Why do I see a "Session expired" message immediately after I Sign in on the mobile app? And what use is of an AI assistant if it just asks me to log back in and retry and doesn't create a support ticket? it's incredibly frustrating to talk with a poorly trained AI assistant chatbot. you might want to just remove that chatbot thingie and revert to email support, when that's what the AI assistant is doing.

Fire the Android app lead and revert the code to when it worked. I have been a long time user and things were fine then they did an "upgrade" which has broken most everything. I have sent in feedback several times over several months that purchased cards are not showing on the "My Cards" tab and nothing gets resolved. Yes, I am on the latest version. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and now I get a login error so I can't even get in at all now.
