User Reviews

Dialpad is valued for being easy to use and a dependable, all-in-one communications tool for business, handling calls, texts, and team messaging. However, multiple reviews highlight significant downsides: persistent bugs and crashes, updates that hurt usability, poor customer support, and unreliable call connectivity. This tension between a solid concept and real-world reliability leads some users to question its suitability for critical workflows and to consider alternatives.
Pros
  • Easy to use and user-friendly interface; dependable performance.
  • All-in-one communications platform (calls, texts, and team messaging) in one app for business use.
  • Strong for business use with reliable handling of customer communications and internal team coordination.
Cons
  • Buggy/unstable app with glitches and crashes (including laggy features like copy/paste on iPad).
  • Updates frequently degrade the user experience or break features (negative impact after updates).
  • Poor customer support and slow/resistant issue resolution (including mixed experiences with Salesforce integration support).
  • Unreliable call quality and connectivity issues (calls failing to connect or bouncing between reps).

Do not sign up and waste. Your money has a hard time making connecting calls.

Should’ve gone with Ring Center. They let you share your contacts from your phone but don’t let you pick a different source unless you pay. What kind of phone service doesn’t allow you to pick your source for contacts? Contacts are essential if you’re going to be on the phone. Even at the lowest level it should let you pick a source. If I would’ve known I would’ve gone with Ring Center.
