Busch-Welcome puts your Welcome door communication on your phone. The app handles audio and video calls in the background, so you can see and hear visitors, talk to them, open the door, and even switch nearby lights from your device.

Requires a configured IP-Gateway and portal accounts (myBUSCH-JAEGER or ABB LivingSpace). If used over the internet, ensure IP-Gateway connectivity and a VoIP-capable mobile data/Wi‑Fi connection. Call history is accessible in the app (with some limits) and can be managed via the portal.

The app doesn’t work every time. When you try to re-open it, it gives you “busy” message. Lots of room for improvement.

One day it’s working, next day the door’s are no longer paired and do not show in the app. Trying to sign-out/ in and pair again doesn’t work. Calling support does not help. The in app help doesn’t help either. Over all it’s not a good app and clearly an afterthought
