Recent reviews

The app is hard to navigate, but most of all it works incredibly poorly. The video never loads quickly, which forces us to open the door prior to actually seeing who it is. Several times the app would throw random error messages preventing you from actually opening the door prior. One whole afternoon we remained locked out of the house because the app didn’t work. Stay away from this system if you can avoid it.

You can no longer see who is ringing the bell to come in to the building through the Welcome app Not even able to use the camera through the map to look outside by the entry of the door where they ring.

My building chose this inferior Chinese built system over “ Butterfly MX” because one of the coop owners was friendly with the local locksmith . This system is terrible, the interface buggy and impossible to navigate Avoid at all cost
