It turns out that it was “pilot error” as I missed clearing an entry. I will say that I heard back very quickly and was asked to submit more info. Kinda glad I found my error, which would have been embarrassing if they had to point it out. 🤷🏼 My only nitpick is the cleared balance doesn’t always update quickly and match the balance shown in the ledger. I’ve been using their original version (Checkbook HD) which frankly I like better, but this month recurring items didn’t update so I reluctantly switched to this. If the cleared balance issue rights itself, I will happily upgrade the review to 5 stars.
