This app is actually one of the worst, I tried logging in to the act I got blocked, I did reset password I still don’t receive any otp on my email or mobile number and my money is still in the app

At first they were all trustworthy and everything was going smooth. Not until I can’t do anything with my money. Can’t transfer,can’t pay bills or anything.
