2025-11-21	Sm*****	Bought a car and the dealer went with frontier credit union as the lender. Once I had a chance to look into FCU, I saw that it was rated very low. I am understanding why. Absolutely nothing is easy, everything is overly complicated or poorly designed. It took a phone call and 30min of waiting TO GET MY ACCOUNT NUMBER!!!! Trying to make a payment on the loan, and FCU WILL NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER BETWEEN VERIFIED BANK ACCOUNTS!!! Will NEVER use FCU for ANYTHING, once this loan is paid off. What a joke!!
