User Reviews

Touch Vault is viewed as a potentially useful media vault, but recurrent complaints undermine reliability. Users report data loss/disappearing media, frequent crashes, and password/biometric access issues. Several reviews call for iPhone X/iOS 15 compatibility updates. Feature gaps like bulk export/delete and folder-level operations worsen usability, with occasional video playback problems. Overall, stability and data recoverability are the top concerns.

Pros

Perceived as a useful/secure place to store photos and videos (media vault).
Described by some reviewers as a good app for saving pictures.
Some users report it worked fine at first.

Cons

Data loss or disappearing photos/videos and inability to access stored media.
Frequent crashes and instability (opening gallery, adding media, etc.).
Password/login problems and reliance on biometric unlock (forgot password, fingerprint issues).
Device compatibility issues (requests for iPhone X/iOS 15 support) and biometrics limitations.
Feature gaps for bulk actions and media management (cannot select all, delete entire folders, bulk export to Camera Roll; occasional video playback problems).
