User reviews show the app is helpful for Las Vegas travel and supports Apple Pay, but reliability is poor. Pros

Buses are frequently late, unreliable, and live-tracking can be inaccurate or buses can disappear from the tracker.
Outdated, clunky app UX with confusing navigation and map behavior, plus frequent prompts to download or re-install.
Weak customer support and refund processes (limited in-app help, hard to reach, slow or missing refunds).
Some drivers are rude or abusive.
