User Reviews

User reviews show the app is helpful for Las Vegas travel and supports Apple Pay, but reliability is poor. Payment/passes fail or are charged incorrectly, buses run late and tracking often fails, and the interface is outdated and confusing. Support is seen as weak and some drivers are reported as rude.
Pros
  • Supports Apple Pay for paying fares.
  • Easy-to-use and affordable for trips around the Strip and to the airport.
  • Helpful for traveling around Las Vegas (general usefulness).
Cons
  • Payment and pass issues: fares/passes often fail to process, charges can appear multiple times, and refunds or passes may not be delivered.
  • Buses are frequently late, unreliable, and live-tracking can be inaccurate or buses can disappear from the tracker.
  • Outdated, clunky app UX with confusing navigation and map behavior, plus frequent prompts to download or re-install.
  • Weak customer support and refund processes (limited in-app help, hard to reach, slow or missing refunds).
  • Some drivers are rude or abusive.

Rude disrespectful drivers driven by me and waived on a couple occasions will drive off if they see you running to catch the bus literally wait till u get to the door and drive off. Customer service defends them when someone complains about a driver . The only RTC personnel that anyone ever sees at the transit station is the separate security guards or drivers there is no customer information desk the security have to do it because lady’s that once in a great while come out of the back room to use restroom are ruder than the drivers and if anyone doubts it even they doubt it secret shop yourselves. You’d probably be ashamed but then again you may already know these issues I can’t believe I’m the only one to have said these things . Always late certain routes get upgrades well other routes are downgraded tons of stops no benches no cover from sun . But Maryland parkway route gets the entire route updated makes sense upgrade one route tear the others down . Also what good is this app unless you buy pass for your phone seriously nothing else is worth clicking on

I keep trying to buy a pass, but it declines. Doesn’t stop the charges from going through though… please fix this app
