Users generally find the Biggby app easier to use after a makeover, but it is hampered by poor rewards integration, unreliable store/location visibility, limited menu access and customization, and recurring reliability/account issues that hinder a smooth mobile-order experience.

Pros

Improvements from the makeover/updates have made the app easier to use.

Rewards are not redeemable in-app or with mobile orders (no automatic reward application).
Store locator is unreliable; nearby stores may not show up.

Trying to add info to my profile and once I hit “save”, it tells me it’s saved, but then when I leave the page and return to my profile, all the info is gone. (I’ve had this app for over 6-7 years and STILL haven’t been able to get app to reward me my Bday drink.) Also, it would be nice to have the full menu on the app.
