I used to enjoy using this app, but then it was “updated” and I can’t really use it. I’d like to end my subscription. I’ve tried looking for my Visa info to remove it before renewal but can’t find it. I’ve tried deleting my account but get “error internal”. I’ve emailed iHydrate three times but no response. Am I stuck with this? Should I delete to app from everywhere one my iPhone? I really don’t want to change my Visa because it’ll mean I have to change the info on every business I use online…a big hassle.

I have used ihydrate for close to 8+ years and I enjoyed it so much I even paid for the upgrade. Now that they have updated the app to subscriptions, I have completely lost the extra features I paid for. On top of that, I can’t find a way to contact them becasue the contact links are broken. I used to love the simplicity of this app and the flexibility the upgrade I paid for provided. I am angry that u wasn’t informed of this update for that my money went to waste like that. I do not support this app anymore.

When I first downloaded iHydrate many years ago, I really liked look and functionality with the pie chart to track daily progress. Even though I wasn’t a premium member, I found it very useful. I had a lot of capability. Last week I replaced my old iPhone and had to download the new version. Although I’m a cat person, I don’t like the revised graphics and ui. At this point I would never consider becoming a premium member in this application. I don’t understand why you destroyed a perfectly functioning app.
