I have been on this app for a handful of years and can say this app does more than just assist people in their day to day lives with activities most of us take for granted. There’s typically a nice chat in the call where you get to meet someone new and they are always so thankful that the app exists. From picking the right item at the grocery store to setting the washing machine on the right temperature or helping confirm that their clothes are matching, everyone can help make a difference. I love this app and the help it provides seeing that I will most likely be a user on down the road and not a volunteer.

I’ve had the app for 6 months and have only been first to help answer one call. This app is a great concept and you should consider yourself lucky to ever connect with one of the members seeking help.
