My oldest daughter told me about this app recently. I added it to my phone and was surprised and excited to get my first contact or call the other day. It was beyond awesome to be able to help a young man from another country with identifying some videos/DVDs. His English was spot on as well. It really was such a super cool and rewarding experience. I was also able to have a great conversation with him as well. The only thing I can add is that it would be great if there would be a feature or a way to save a contact regarding a person you had helped for future assistance if needed.
