Recent reviews

Using this app to log into hospitals, updating credentials is very glitchy. I had to refresh the app and install due to an upgrade. After multiple attempts to log in the app did not open and it just spun circles trying to open. I then deleted the app and re-installed. The app did not recognize my password. I went to reset the password. Then that new password did not work. I then reset the password a second time. Due to too many failed log in attempts I’m locked out for 5 minutes. I’m taking that 5 minutes that I have to wait to write this review to pass the time. This app is glitchy, not working. Please for the money we spend on this app to work in hospitals get it right! Very frustrating. Be aware when using this application. As a rep I am forced to use this. Oh and pay to use this. Great waste of time and money!

The company does not hold up its end of the bargain. Constantly have to be on hold with support to get credentials reviewed which is supposed to happen automatically. The badge they gave me doesn’t work and they will not replace. The only recourse is ordering a new one for $150.
