The patient experience within the Symplast app is significantly hampered by its inefficient document submission process. Uploading documents is restricted to camera or photo gallery access, which is not conducive to modern healthcare workflows. To provide the lab work requested by my surgeon, I was forced to screen capture individual pages of the PDF report from my primary care provider's portal, creating a clunky, time-consuming task. I strongly recommend adding a feature for direct PDF file uploads and exploring secure integrations with common patient health portals to resolve this critical flaw. Currently, the process feels like an oversight that adds unnecessary friction to patient compliance.

My doctors office required this app. It took three days for them to get it to work for me and they had to contact the manufacturer. It is difficult because it’s always logging me out and I cannot understand why it’s so hard to have a user-friendly app.
