Much worse than before. I would like to continue to sign in with biometrics and/or my username and password, instead of verification and having to check email every single time. There are the same features in all of the bottom menus, pulldown menus and splash page. Phone numbers listed in certain areas are only for commercial insurance holders, not OHP. Told it was because there is only room for one phone number. Why bother letting OHP people use the app at all? The app settings section has no features of value. The provider directly is very difficult and time-consuming to use.
