2023-12-24	ni*****	Why do I have to constantly remind the app I use Face ID? It seems like the app just resets its cache or something. Very annoying. The app isn’t relying on its own biometric, but the phone’s. Why is it resetting? Edit: The Face ID problem seems to have returned. 12/23/23

2022-01-21	Un*****	Extremely annoying because it keeps asking me to enter my username and password to enable Face ID, EVERY time! What’s the point of having that feature then? Don’t tell me it’s because your security system is learning my behavior or that phishing scams are on the rise, or … Other similar apps work just fine. Also, this is by far the slowest app (or the server) I use, because it loads for ever after it finally accepts my login credentials.
