App constantly freezes or doesn’t load properly. It also force closes at least once a day. If you switch tabs or between lab results it’ll freeze and never load. I can’t keep track of how many times I’ve had to close the app and restart.

But this app is so terrible it merits one so hopefully doctors offices use a different platform. I am constantly logged out and told my password has expired without any way to update it. The only way to get back into the app is to call my doctors office. The app cannot accommodate responding to a message, so each message you send starts a new chain. The interface feels like it was designed in 1990 and is extremely counter-intuitive. This app has made a stressful medical process worse.
