iMineIVF v.5 patient app now provides fertility clinics a complete suite of functionalities aimed at exchanging live instructions, communications and admission tickets with their patients while in treatment.

Navigation includes:

• Clinic credentials (Clinic ID + 3-letters identifier) issued at admissions
• Published cycle instructions, prescriptions + video tutorials
• Health reports + personalized documents
• Boarding passes for upcoming confirmed appointments + steps to follow
• In-cycle inquiries + Q&A chats

At 1st login, patients:

• Securely use clinic-provided credentials + DOB

At subsequent logins, patients:

• Personalize passwords with 2-factor authentication
• Activate biometrics (optional)

At check-in kiosks:

• Scan boarding passes for sign-ins + locations directory

When in treatment:

• Review daily instructions + medications
• Check upcoming appointments
• Sync select items to phone calendar (optional)
• Preview shared video tutorials
• Redirect docs + reports on choice platforms (optional)
• Chat with clinic staff for Q&A inquiries
• Call the clinic emergency number (optional)
• Add appointments to Wallet (optional)

iMineIVF content is actively updated by the clinic, notifying patients of any changes made to their treatments, as these occur.
