Most idiotic design. They’ve added the ai chat icon directly over top of the main menu button. So trying to navigate is impossible. Plus the “chat bot” takes forever to respond. Customer service at its worst.

I’ve uninstalled and installed several times now, every time I login whether it’s Face ID or by password. It gets stuck on the “loading accounts” screen. I’m new to this bank only because my job goes through here. But honestly, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with FFL.
