Recent reviews

Mobile games that are made in a shed by people in their free time have a more reliable app than an actual bank. I like the app when it works, the layout and the functions are useful and easy but the issue is getting to them. Half the time the app won’t load after I log in. It will just load a blank screen for about 20 min before I give up. I wouldn’t bother even using the passcode or Face ID because it will make you log in with the username and passcode anyways. If they make the app more reliable this could easily be one of the best apps for banking.

Most idiotic design. They’ve added the ai chat icon directly over top of the main menu button. So trying to navigate is impossible. Plus the “chat bot” takes forever to respond. Customer service at its worst.
