I get the need for a secure app and site, but every time i log into yhis anymore, i have to remember my user name, password and then jump thru hoops changing my password ... and your app wont let you see what youve typed so a small error becomes a nightmare. Then when youve finally submitted your claim.., im lucky if its accepted because 99% of my claims have been denied ... and dont even get me started on the debit card system of this company.. Pathetic is as nice of an explaination as i can give you and customer support is terrible.

Entering receipts is not straightforward, categories don’t have OTC as a selection. Submitting items is difficult, have to save for later and then go back in to submit
