Recent reviews
When we were first with this company I couldn’t stop raving about how amazing they were, because they were kind and helpful and caring. Not any longer. They do not help answer questions, they leave you with more, they don’t slow down to listen they just rush you on to the next phone call. This company lost the meaning of customer first, otherwise you will loose your business completely. People will no longer trust and or want to be apart of your company at all. My suggestion is just learn some manners or hire back the people you used to have because they had heart and they were good and made your company what it was. GOOD! And you guys are destroying that by not listening to the people that pay for your jobs, your customers. So be kind. I’m not saying this is every person there. But it is a rare person I have come across on the phone that has been kind. And for those that have been that way, thank you. You actually make a difference. And bless you for working in the place you do.
