I used acorns years ago, but I canceled my plan because I had to do to compliance issues with my investment firm. However, for some reason they have decided to start charging me again without my authorization. $12 a month. I don’t know why, but they did and it’s not OK.

Money went missing from my account when the account was locked. Customer service refused to return the fraudulent charges. Would give no stars if I could.

I’ve been using Acorns for about five years now, and honestly it has been one of the easiest and most stress-free ways for me to save and invest money. The app is simple, beginner-friendly, and I love how it helps your money grow little by little over time without feeling overwhelming. 🌱💰 The investing side has worked great for me, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone trying to build better financial habits or start investing without needing to be an expert. The only small issue I’ve had is with the card replacement process. If your card gets lost, the system can feel a little glitchy or delayed at times. Aside from that, my overall experience has been excellent, and the account has been reliable for years. Definitely worth trying. ⭐️
