I went into the wrong app and started signing in 1 put my bank info in and went to finish signing in. When I signed in I realized I had the wrong account. I asked 3 times on how to cancel. Higher than normal business. Would get back in 3 0 minutes or so. I closed my banking account right away but they have a subscription which I did not sign in or tell any one I wanted one. I thought I had an account

My account was under review for roughly three weeks and still under review and never approved with no explanation provided. I ultimately instructed the AI representative to cancel my account and issue a refund as 5 day trial had been long gone and I was never able to use the service. They eventually canceled my account with a refund and claimed to send a detailed report of their findings. I never received any report only promotional emails and automated copy of the AI rep correspondence. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never had any other cryto service treat me this way. The service didn’t live up to the hype, lack of transparency and the follow up was unacceptable. If possible I would have rated this service as a 0 stars.

I opened an Alinea account because of reviews and thought i would transfer my Schwab account to Alinea 5k initially. i was not able to talk to a live person…option not available. Schwab live help is always available. I have to transfer from my personal account. I understand that I have made the WRONG CHOICE. I will be CLOSING this and staying with SCHWAB.
