Extremely poorly designed app. Difficult to navigate, slow and features that don’t work. Don’t know why Etisalat doesn’t invest in building better apps. Also too many spam notifications, I had to turn them off.

It is a very slow, endless waiting time to open anything. In some cases even have to restart application as it became totally unresponsive

Terrible app, very confusing. There is big confusion between changing plans and one time add ons. Also, E& makes it deliberately impossible to switch back to a more basic plan, as if it’s a trap. The app supposedly has a way to talk to call center for help in the case you make a mistake, for example, and want to correct it to avoid being overcharged. Only problem is the call center never answers the phone. I did some changes to my plan by mistake due to the confusion I talked about earlier and was stuck without being able to get help. Eventually I had to go to the branch to complain about it and even then they told me I have to pay. This company exploits its customers and the App is a tool to help them do so. Terrible App, terrible call center and terrible company
