Recent reviews

Honestly expected much more from etisalat. First off, extremely bad customer service, you can ONLY talk to a useless AI bot that repeats the same three lines. If you lose your sim abroad, forget about attempting to get a replacement because NOTHING works if you’re not in the UAE. And of course no one can solve your problems because all they have to assist you is a dysfunctional robot. App constantly crashes and lags, makes even the simplest service impossible to find and complete. Honestly at this point just go for another service like Du or Virgin. Very disappointed
