Pros

Easy to use with intuitive layout and fast performance.
Broad feature set: transfers, card controls, bill pay, multi-account view, Face ID sign-in, Apple Watch compatibility.
Convenient to manage all banking from home, including saving in separate accounts and viewing all accounts at a glance.
In-app business tools via Autobooks (invoicing, vendor payments, tap to pay) for small businesses.

Cons

Balances don’t update in real time; transactions can leave the account with the wrong displayed balance.
App sometimes restarts/crashes, reducing reliability.
Mobile check deposit is cumbersome: multiple attempts needed and occasional image issues.
Online/loan payment flow is overly complex with many steps and hard to navigate.

I’ve used this app for years and years and here lately the app has not kept up with the proper account information. If I have $100 and use $50 the account should read as so, but it doesn’t! It stays at the amount being $100 which is confusing whenever you’re making multiple transactions and the app is not keeping up with your account information properly. This is an ongoing problem that I hope they fix soon. I do like the fact that it gives you the option to save money in separate accounts that you can make through the app!
