Users repeatedly report that CCFBANK Mobile is unreliable due to frequent downtime and login issues. While e-deposits and friendly in-branch staff are positives, deposits and deposit history usability are lacking, with slow check deposits and limited history/details. Additional pain points include hard-to-avoid transfer/withdrawal limits and insufficient customer support responsiveness. Overall reliability and feature gaps overshadow the few positive interactions.

E-deposits feature is useful and works well.
Tellers are helpful when visiting the bank.
Friendly staff overall.

Cons

Frequent downtime and login/access problems make the app unreliable.
Check deposit usability is poor and not user-friendly; deposits can be slow or unclear.
Deposit history visibility is limited (short window) and you can't always see who deposited.
Bank-imposed limits (spending/withdrawal) and the inability to disable them temporarily are frustrating.
Support responsiveness is weak; getting help is difficult and assistance is not reliably available.

Recent reviews

Lately there has been constant issues with the app, either I’m locked out, it can’t access my account or I’m supposedly breaking some security policy and I have to delete and redownload the whole thing. Get a new dev!
