Tellers are helpful when visiting the bank.

Frequent downtime and login/access problems make the app unreliable.
Check deposit usability is poor and not user-friendly; deposits can be slow or unclear.
Deposit history visibility is limited (short window) and you can't always see who deposited.
Bank-imposed limits (spending/withdrawal) and the inability to disable them temporarily are frustrating.

I’m never able to use my app due to issues. It tells me to call for assistance, but no one can help me or fix this issue. I’ll be closing my account after all my checks and transactions clear and taking my business elsewhere.
