While you can edit the files with this app, you cannot save your edits here. The iOS app Road Trip Planner at the App Store is virtually identical and allows saving edits. I’ve love this app since I downloaded it!! It’s the best app and computer program ever to plan out long roadtrips with LOTS of locations and lots of details.
