Users generally find the app does its job as a basic 2FA authenticator and is simple to use, but it suffers from reliability and usability gaps. The top complaints include lack of Apple Watch push approvals and not being able to approve from notifications, frequent server/connection issues and codes expiring, weak account organization features (rename/group/sort), and no automated backup or easy migration. Many users want improved UX, watch integration, and cloud-backed syncing to prevent data loss. Overall, it works but with friction affecting workflow and device migrations.

Recent reviews

It works mostly but has aggravating issues. Even using it with Oracle’s own cloud infrastructure, it proves to be problematic. It will not consistently push notify you of an MFA. You have to access the app and then it will pop up or you have to refresh your list of MFA configurations. It also crashes periodically to the point where you must reboot your phone 2 or three times. I thought the issue was my old phone until I upgraded my device and it continued.
