Users like Workboard for quick action-item entry, consolidated reminders, and day planning with goal tracking. The main downsides are stability and access problems: repeated crashes, login/registration bugs, slow sign-in due to server load, plus iPhone filtering UI and some tablet/unfinished-product concerns. When stable, it excels as a mobile companion to the desktop for task management and team visibility.

Cons

Frequent crashes and shutdowns across features (new version crashes on open; app keeps shutting down)
Registration/login bugs (cannot register within the app; must use an external link; login issues)
Slow sign-in and performance delays due to server load or network issues
Filtering UI on iPhone is awkward or doesn't fit all filter options
UI/compatibility issues on iPad and perceptions of an unfinished product

Recent reviews

First thing I look at in the morning to see how to best plan for the day and what meetings I have for the day. I can quickly decide if it’s a good use of my time to keep upcoming meetings based on their agenda, or if I should spend time prepping and adding to agendas - which I also do right from the app. The app has also made it really easy to give myself reminders, and manage my personal to-do list and work to-do list all in one place.
