Now your servers can keep you and your clients up to speed with real time status updates, diligence reports, and final statuses. Working offline has never been easier. Once the app has been synced with your main database, the information is stored locally until you are in a service area again and can sync your data.

Are you in a state that allows audio recording of your serves. Well the new TriStar app will record your serves and upload the audio file to the system along with photos, GPS coordinates, and time and date stamps. Get the serves done right, and have all the proof you need if a question arises.

If your in the field and you want to see if any of your jobs are near your current location, just pull up the map view and see where all of your jobs are. Click on any flag on the map to get more details about that job. Process, Court, Messenger Pickup and Messenger delivery are all color coded to make it simple to see what you need to do and where.
