Pros: GPS navigation, robust documentation and central-office connectivity, and usable design. Cons: repeated route-order control issues, stability problems that disrupt delivery, and intermittent data persistence. Overall, the app is useful for Meals on Wheels, but reliability and route-management gaps are the most reported drawbacks.

Solid navigation features with GPS directions and map integration (including Google Maps compatibility).

Reduces paper usage through digital records and on-device navigation.

Cons

Lack of control over route order and inconsistent client placement on the route (reordering not supported).
Stability issues affecting workflow: app crashes/kicks out, sign-in requirements, and unreliable progression to the next stop.
Delivery records and driver comments sometimes fail to save or be recorded.

Recent reviews

Just started using this app for MOW, generally works smoothly. A couple of suggestions, making “Delivered” status obvious. Secondly, with modern smart cars, especially EVs, that are perfect for this frequent stops service, make transferring the next address to the car simple. That will save a lot of time. (E.g. one can transfer address to a Tesla in 2 clicks if this app supports it. )
