Tried to charge my car today using one of the FLO chargers. It made me download the app and add funds to the app rather than using my credit card. After wasting 15 minutes of my time, I couldn’t get the charger to work. All around a poor customer experience and poor equipment. I will not be using FLO chargers or this app again and I’m out 10 bucks.
