Shame on me for trying the app despite the negative reviews. The station had me download the app, add money but would not find the station. The app didn’t find a single one of the 8 stations on the lot.

They ask you to use a refillable card because they know they can pocket the extra when you don’t use it for the one time you have to use this app when you’re unfortunate enough to be stuck with it
