Collecting your activity data

If you link Apple Health to the Vitality Member App, step data will be automatically sent to Vitality every 2 hours. Workouts and mindfulness activity data will be sent once the activity has been completed. Other connected devices (such as Garmin) will send activity data once the activity has been completed.

Important Information

You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.

Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.

User reviews predominantly complain about Vitality UK's iOS app being unstable and unreliable: activity credit often doesn't register (Apple Watch/ Fitbit), claims submission is blocked, and rewards data can disappear or reset after updates. Persistent activity tracking/credit issues: the app fails to credit Apple Watch or Fitbit workouts and months of activity data can be missing.
Stability and reliability problems: the app frequently crashes, loads poorly, or fails to load at all.
Claims submission workflow broken: submit button often greyed out and there is no obvious way to attach required documentation.
Rewards/points instability: points can disappear after updates, rankings and rewards change unpredictably, and cinema-ticket rewards require extra steps.
Poor support/communication: difficult to contact support, with slow or disjointed responses.

Recent reviews

App is useless; it tries to upsell you different partners and products and to share your personal health data but viewing policy information and getting support is a nightmare. Vitality doesn’t even have a secure in-app inbox for messaging with them or directories of approved consultants; they just call you when it suits them or, if you insist on written communication, they send you a password protected pdf like it’s 2010.
