User Reviews

Overall, Passible is praised for centralizing passwords, easy daily use, and long-standing availability across iPhones, with users noting unlimited entries and storage. Yet many reviews report critical reliability problems: frequent login loops and Face ID/PIN failures that lock users out; data migration and backup issues, including failed imports/exports and data loss between devices; poor or no customer support; apparent abandonment (outdated app, missing privacy policy); and pricing problems, such as forced upgrades and re-locking passwords behind subscriptions. Given these recurring issues, many users suggest evaluating alternatives.
Pros
  • Centralized storage of passwords and logins in one place
  • Long-standing reliability and cross-device accessibility across iPhones (works across multiple years)
  • Easy to use and practical for daily password management
  • Ability to store unlimited entries and other sensitive data (e.g., credit card info)
  • Free or long-term usage with no immediate upfront cost mentioned by users
Cons
  • Persistent login/authentication problems (Face ID/PIN loops, repeated sign-in prompts, and being locked out)
  • Data migration/sync issues and inability to transfer/export passwords between devices (import/export failures, password errors)
  • Poor or non-existent customer support (unresponsive, bounced emails)
  • App appears abandoned/outdated (no updates for years, missing privacy policy)
  • Pricing and subscription issues (forced upgrades, data locked behind paid subscription, lifetime purchases not honored)

This app is great however, it used to sync to my other devices, but not anymore. I keep getting an error reply to my password while trying to sync from my phone to my iPad. I hope this gets fixed!

This app used to work perfect but now when you try to send back up to another device, it asked for encryption password and then when you send to other device, it asks you to enter that encryption password and it always says wrong password
