They charged me the monthly fee even after I cancelled my service, and when asking for a refund, they hung up on me. I’ve called multiple times and every time they’ve hung up on me

Score boost is inaccurate. I paid off over 20k in debts following the plan exactly and paid before the statement dates. I only saw a 40 point increase vs the 108 score increase the score boost plan said I would gain if I follow their advice. Bad tool and app.
