Haven’t use the service for months now. If eni enjoys not cashing my money money i am fine: i’ll keep on renting electric mopeds from cooltra for what i care. Application seems to have been designed by a frustrated public employee…a nine to fiver who does not much about human centric design

2025-01-10	T-*****	Incredibly, even years after users have complained here that document upload isn’t working, it still hasn’t been fixed. Moved to Milan and successfully registered for 3 car sharing services - Eni being the only one not working. Fire your developer!!!

I bought a drive subscription but they didn’t apply it. Don’t use this app or this service. You’re better off using taxis. DON’T USE!!!
