I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My subscription automatically renewed for an entire year, and I contacted support as soon as I noticed the charge. I explained that I did not intend to renew and that I had not used the subscription after the renewal, but I was still unable to get a refund. I even asked for a reasonable alternative: instead of refunding the entire amount, I asked if they could change my annual subscription to a monthly plan and refund the difference. Unfortunately, I was not given that option either. I understand that companies have refund policies, but I expected more flexibility and better customer support, especially since I reached out immediately. If you decide to use this app, please be very careful with the automatic renewal and cancellation date. Based on my experience, once the annual charge goes through, getting a refund or even changing to a different plan can be very difficult. I hope the company improves how situations like this are handled.
