I normally love this app but getting help from customer service can be a real pain. The features are good and it’s a good selfie app. Recently though I noticed the hair color change feature works but it creates a lot of noise and makes hair look frizzed even if hair is smooth in original picture. I tried to ask customer service about it but getting a hold of them was impossible.I would say it’s a great app but customer service could use some improvement. Also the whole coin thing neededs to be explained better it doesn’t say how many coins it cost you to do a picture and if the AI does the picture incorrectly, it has to redo the picture again. Does it still cost you now additional points for an additional image even its first one is done wrong?. I really don’t like having to buy coins, especially when I am a yearly subscriber and I’ve had this app for several years. I would rather my annual fee go up slightly than have to buy coins. Other than that, the features are good normally within reason and it is a good app, but as I said, some of the features are having issues recently, and there’s no way for me to be able to contact anyone to ask about it.

Not sure how you are not detecting my face. I’m standing in a row with 2 people on my left and 3 people on my right. We are all front facing. My image is the clearest. You are able to detect every face except mine. There is nothing behind me. The others have balloons behind them! Tried several times with multiple shots taken with the same group (only had minor changes in pose). So disappointed.
