Occasionally I have had malfunctions- on the app, mostly through my own misunderstanding of how to fix it. If you ask a question of the admin, it is answered immediately and is very helpful. Follow up is also great-to see if your issue was resolved! I highly recommend this app! It is a must have!

Enjoy the app. Worth the money. Only suggestion is to keep the business listings updated. Found four of the first ten businesses listed, closed for a year. Otherwise, very helpful.
