Excellent customer service experience. After initially purchasing the app and then upgrading phones, there is no way to log on. I reached out via email to support, and they responded immediately priciding me with a code to log on. I would give 4 stars because it is confusing that you can not log back in on a new device, but the exceptional customer service earned the 5th star.

During a visit to The Villages, we downloaded the app to our phones, it was so easy to navigate the trails/roads. We recently decided to move here, however we needed new cell phones. The app was transferred over to our new phones but we couldn't get the app to work. I emailed tech support and within minutes had an answer, they had solved our problem! We highly recommend this app, especially if you're new to the Villages. Thank you
