I would never recommend this casino, there are far too many other options. I triggered a bonus 5 days ago and the game repeatedly reloaded/kicked me out. After contacting customer support I was told it was a known issue and I was being added to a list to be contacted when it was resolved. I’ve heard nothing since, so I chatted with customer support again today just to be told there’s no timeline for a fix and there’s nothing they can do for me. I literally have a screen recording of the bonus triggering and not playing through. The game is still available to play even though Borgata has admitted there are known issues with it. They’re actively stealing people’s money with no plans to make it right.
