BetMGM has been the most frustrating betting app I’ve ever used. The app constantly crashes, glitches, and kicks me out—especially when I start winning, which feels extremely suspicious. Deposits go through with no issue, but when it comes time to play or cash out, suddenly there are “technical problems.” Customer service is no help at all. I’ve contacted them countless times, sent screenshots and videos, followed every troubleshooting step, and still get the same scripted responses with no real resolution. I’ve even requested a supervisor multiple times and never received meaningful help. For a company this big, the service and reliability are unacceptable. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Up until about 6 months ago, I would’ve said BetMGM was way ahead of every other gambling app. I play on them all too. But recently BetMGM hasn’t updated their app to fix any bugs. I can’t use any promotions, I’ve contacted them multiple times about it. No resolution. Every single time I’m winning on a game, the app magically restarts lol. It’s bad now
