Do not use it anymore. The app is full of bugs and not working at all. Nothing in desktop is visible. Looks like app stuck on MVP stage

Being able to quickly respond to customers when mobile is extremely important, but this app seems to be in a development death spiral. It’s gotten so bad that I can’t reliably do basic things like draft a response that has more than one line. Randomly crashes on start up. Etc., I hope intercom gets this app back in shape before I move my business to another less expensive service.
