I’m pretty sure nobody is actively managing this app anymore. You don’t get any response from support. There are no drawing winners announced every month although you still “earn tickets” for the drawing. Now I can’t even use the app because it’s giving me a server error. So, I’m forced to cancel my subscription. That said, it is (or was) a very good app. My rating is based on its current status. At its peak, it was easily 5 stars.
