Pros

When it works, the app enables efficient bedside documentation and quick access to patient charts.
The interface is intuitive and easy to use, especially once you learn the workflow.
Users can load and reuse previous notes to speed charting.
Wound documentation is supported via the wound manager for easier care notes.

Cons

Frequent glitches, crashes, and general instability that disrupt workflow.
Data entered (notes, measurements) often doesn’t save, leading to duplication or loss.
EVV/time capture and clock-in/out issues frequently fail in the field.
Login/authentication problems and being kicked back to login or stuck after updates.

Recent reviews

Bug fixes are constant and erase my visit information with not being able to load my previous visit information like Diagnoses, previous Diabetes blood sugar numbers, or Ostomy information. We are not paid by the hour to re post a patients information in every visit. Bring back the preload previous visit please !

This app is super glitchy, had to redownload so many times because of certain malfunctions it would have. There are so many times where I wasn’t able to clock in or out and constantly having to manually log my time is devastating. They need to fix this app or else they’ll just keep getting compliants, and they boast about this app like it’s a big shot lol.
