I hate the app so much I can’t even imagine how they are still in business Pointcare is more user friendly. I can’t even chart on wounds on the app it just deletes it like it was never there. I wish my company would get rid of this. Working hospice for many years and many EMR this is by far the worst ever. Did I forget to say I hate this app I hate this app

March 2026 update: finally able to use this app without issue!!! Yayyyyyyyy. Thank you. Updating my review 7/18: this app is terrible. Do yall even read our reviews and attempt to fix the problems? This is my 3rd time over the past few months notifying of problems…. The only thing I’ve seen fixed is the ability to document on care plans from the app. The web version isn’t much better either as far as problems go. GET IT TOGETHER. The new update yesterday made us lose the ability to chart on care plans and put orders in- the app forces closed and we lose everything we charted. Also when we chart on wounds from the app, it does NOT pull to the chart. Completed visit looks as if we never charted a wound. These are the bug fixes we need! Now we cannot chart at all on the app… it will not save or complete.. only discard changes works. We are losing full visits. I’m changing my star to 1. Every time this app updates to fix bugs it adds more and we lose more abilities. Get it together!!!
