Pros: basic WO management (open/close), asset tag scanning, and a functional baseline for field tasks. Cons: frequent logouts; stability issues; time card/calendar defects; unreliable WO visibility/navigation; usability issues for field techs. Overall, the app is often unusable in practice despite core capabilities.

Not designed with field technicians in mind

This App isn’t Tech Friendly. I’m unable to stay logged in I have to sign with email and password at least 3 times each time I’m logged out also I can’t adjust start time if I so happen to overlap old work order. Also I can’t view my recently closed work orders from the app
