Recent reviews

While I appreciate the app for finding the bus I’d like to take, I am shocked that tickets purchased thru the app don’t automatically appear under “tickets”. One needs to retrieve the ticket number sent via email and enter it into the app. That’s just backwards. Also, when looking for the app in settings, who on earth would look under C for the Nationall Express app. I now know it’s the coach app, but it’s far from intuitive.

The National Express Coach app is an invaluable tool in terms of time and money saving — especially for first-time visitors to the UK. Accurate and comprehensive information is needed to plan efficiently, and this app meets those needs. I can’t wait to come back for future explorations and adventures!

The app doesn’t update itineraries or timetables when National Express makes changes. My journey from Brighton to Nottingham involved a transfer at London Victoria. But at some point, NE changed the transfer point to Gatwick. The app never reflected this and I never got the email. Also, the “Coach Tracker” feature hardly works at all. Ride with Flixbus or Megabus!
