My son is 7 years old and it’s always a struggle to get him to swing as hard as he can and also understand how everything connects. Enter Blast and it is finally clicking. He is motivated to swing harder than ever and understand how the hips connect to the hands and the hand connect to the bat. It’s been a game changer.
